I have owned a Sony VAIO laptop for a year and a half now and have had only minor problems with it. One day while using it I shut the lid on it right in the middle of an update and the computer went into a restart loop never going back to the desktop. I have some knowledge on computer repair but this was beyond what I could do for myself. A good friend of mine mentioned Aquilis' service, and I promptly went and brought my computer to Nick to have it repaired. He was polite, professional and explained things in a way that experienced and inexperienced computer users could understand him. He kept in contact about everything he did and made sure he had my permission to go ahead with replacing parts.
